Meet
the Staff
Chris Kasper
Chris has worked in the waste industry for over 17 years. He was the
sales manager at Kasper Brothers, Inc. before it was sold in 1996.
In 1998 he founded American Disposal Systems. Through persistence,
commitment and hard work he has moved American Disposal Systems from
a two-truck operation in 1998 to a nine-truck operation in 2002. Chris
is the sales manager as well as an owner of American Disposal. In
his spare time Chris enjoys bike riding and spending time at the beach.
He is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Contact Chris for service

 Mark
Kasper
Mark worked as the route supervisor at Kasper Brothers Inc. for over
20 years. In 1998 he joined Chris in making American Disposal Systems
one of the top fastest growing companies in South Jersey. Mark is
the operations manager at American Disposal Systems. During his free
time he enjoys spending time at the Beach with his family. |
 Becky
Kasper
Becky is the office manager and President here at American Disposal.
She is Chris's sister and also worked for Kasper Brothers for five
years. She oversees the daily operations in the office and assists
both the dispatcher and billing manager. In her spare time she enjoys
reading, collecting Longaberger baskets and spending time with her
husband and two young boys at the beach.

 Frank
Kasper
Frank joined American Disposal in 2000. He previously worked for Waste
Management and Kasper Brothers, Inc. for over 25 years. Frank performs
several duties at American Disposal including driving, dispatching,
and making sales calls. In his spare time he enjoys spending time
with his 3 sons. |
 Sean
Town
Sean joined American Disposal in 2001. He is our dispatcher and our
customer service representative. Before joining American Disposal
he spent many years working as Operation Manager at A & L Septic
Services. Sean also has a C.D.L. and drives our trucks when needed.
During his free time Sean is an avid Philadelphia Flyer fan and spends
time with his two young sons. Contact Sean to schedule your container

 Kimberly
Hogue
Kim joined American Disposal in 2001. She previously worked for Paris
Business Products and Kasper Brothers, Inc. Kim is a big asset to
our company and is our billing manager. Kim sets up all the new accounts
and heads our billing department. If you have any problems or questions
regarding your account with American Disposal just e-mail or call
Kim, she will greet you with her pleasant attitude. During her free
time she enjoys gardening, decorating and spending time with her husband
and two young daughters. |
Meet

Paul and Frank head our fleet of trucks safely through out the Delaware
Valley Area. All our drivers have a Commercial Driving License and
have many years of experience in the industry. They are professional
and courteous and will help you make your job a success. |
